Commander's Message
This site is designed expressly to ensure you can get the most relevant information from the AAFC as quickly as possible and at a time convenient to you; whether you're a prospective cadet thinking about joining, an existing member looking for something from the resource centre, or an adult thinking about joining the instructor or officer ranks of the AAFC.
The AAFC is an excellent organisation to join. It doesn't suit everyone, but if you are attracted to adventurous activities, training and development, meeting and making new friends, or perhaps have an interest in aviation, then the AAFC might be right for you. You will need to have a willingness to accept discipline in a fair and constructive manner, assist and help out friends and colleagues when needed, and be part of a team.
Many of us continue the cadet association well into our adulthood, returning to the organisation and its people the benefits of being an Air Force cadet - leadership, good citizenship, camaraderie to name just a few.
When you've finished looking us over in cyber space, make contact with a local AAFC Squadron in your area, if one exists, through this website and see for yourself what is the 'cadet experience'. I am confident you won't be sorry!
