Cadet Pilot Badge
Awarded to cadets who hold a CPL or hold an AEI qualification for gliding.

Single Rifle
Awarded to cadets who have successfully completed FTE IAW MoGT, fired no less than 45 .22″ rounds in a single day’s practice, on a live fire range practice, and have successfully been elevated, during the live fire practice, from ‘one-on-one range supervision’ (for novices) to ‘one-on-four’ range supervision.

Crossed Rifles
Awarded to cadets who have been defined as a Marksman on an official WG or NAT shoot with .22 rifle, scoring 85% or better.

Silver Steyr
Awarded to cadets who have completed an RAAF/ADF F88 course IAW LWP-G 7-4-12, a Weapons Training Test (WTT), and a Live Fire Practice. (Note: WTSS practice is not suitable for issue)

Gold Steyr
Awarded to cadets who have been defined as a Marksman on an official WG or NAT shoot with an F88 rifle, scoring 85% or better.

Three-Blade Prop
Awarded to cadets who have completed proficiency stage of training.

Four-Blade Prop
Awarded to cadets who have completed advanced stage of training.
AAFC Wings
Awarded to Cadets and Staff. Hold a CPL or an AEI qualification for gliding.
First Solo Flight
Awarded to cadets who have completed a solo flight in flying training.
Adventure Training
Has been awarded the Adventure Training Award by an Australian Army Cadet (AAC) delegate IAW AAC POLMAN Ch 20.
Duke of Edinborough Bronze

Band Badge
Member of an AAFC Band or Drum Corps Flight and must have completed an approved band or drum course and parade at least 75% of the Band or Drum Corps parades.
